Unlike mainstream tools, Psyched doesn't run on commercial cloud servers. Your client files, notes, and session history are stored on the Internet Computer — a decentralised network where access is enforced by code, not by a company's privacy policy. No third parties. No data brokers. No exposure.

Isolated from other practitioners

Your clients, sessions, notes, and messages are completely isolated from every other psychologist on the platform. No other practitioner — and no administrator — can access your clinical records.

This is not a company policy. It is enforced at the technical level by the Internet Computer's access control system, which ties every record to your unique cryptographic identity. There is no configuration or override that could grant another user access to your data.

Peer-to-peer — no server in between. Your call content never touches any server. The connection goes directly between you and your client. What happens in session stays in session.

Notes

Session notes — private by default

Write notes during or after sessions. They're visible only to you until you choose to share them. When you do share, you decide exactly which notes go to which client. Nothing is shared without your deliberate action.

Upload PDFs, worksheets, videos, and recordings. Share specific files with specific clients. Only accessible to the people you choose — enforced by code, not a company's policy.

Record yourself talking through slides or materials directly in the browser — your face visible in the corner, your screen front and centre. Save the recording securely and share it with clients at your own pace.

Book and manage sessions without leaving the platform. Clients receive email notifications for upcoming appointments. No external calendar tools needed.

Professional invoicing, built in

Generate EU VAT-compliant invoices for your clients directly from Psyched — whether or not payments flow through the platform. Set up your billing profile once, then create invoices manually per client or let the platform generate them automatically when a client pays through Stripe.

Recurring invoice templates (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) mean regular clients are covered without repeated manual effort. All invoices are downloadable as PDF, ready for your accountant.
